Cowboy Bill Martin broke all the rules when it came to making it in show business! Martin built a huge stand-up following through 19 years of endless touring on land in comedy clubs, at sea with Carnival Cruise Lines, overseas entertaining our troops, and in concert with such acts as George Strait, Brad Paisley and all four members of the famed Blue Collar Comedy Tour. Then in late 2015, hit it big with his self-financed one-hour comedy special on CMT, “Let the Laughter Roll”.
Martin brings his own brand of original stand-up comedy with hilarious talk of love, the frailty of life and the magnitude of being the modern man. But don’t let his nickname fool you, his comedy touches people of all cultures and genders.
The comedian who is also an actor, screenwriter, songwriter, is also the Founder and CEO of a non-profit organization called, Cowboys Who Care Foundation which provides financial support, smiles and Free Resistol cowboy and cowgirl hats to kids with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
JD Ryan with CBS Radio, calls Martin’s act “raucous...rowdy...and real. It’s like spending time late night at the kitchen table with your cousin, laughing until you cry. Then you find out he’s a big, loud Texan with a great big heart. And you can’t help but love the guy.”
“An amazing performer. He is the real deal! He’s the heir apparent to the Blue Collar Tour ” – Phil IiHeart Radio 24/7
